As we have now embraced 2009, we do so with a renewed energy and a renewed committment to the propagation of this art form called jazz. this year will bring more artist profiles along with more feature hours of those artists who are carrying this art form further into the 21st century.

Most notably today(1/6/09) is the 70th anniversary of the birth of Blue Note records! Look for an array of celebrations as this observance proceeds throughout 2009!
